Tyne & Wear at home

Another defeat for Gloucestershire. Tyne & Wear has always been a challenging game; we knew it wouldn't be different this time.

The weekend started well with the Womens B going 2-0 up The lady of the match Sharon McNulty kicked off the day with a 15.12 average in a 3-1 win. However, the winning ways didn't last long as they fought back getting the 4-2 win overall for the Women.

Onto the Mens B where the result was a 6-6 draw. Some fantastic games took place and a few should have gone in our favour. Rob Long was the Man of the match with a 23.86.

The Ladies A kicked off the Sunday with a 3-3 draw again. Jane Price took lady of the match with an 18.75.

Following that, the men started strong winning 4 from the first 6. It set us up nicely, but a very spirited effort from Tyne & Wear saw them take the last 5 to get the win. Josh Lewis was the man

of the match with a 26.50.

Overall score finishing 20-16 in Tyne & Wears favour. Onwards to the next game away to Clwyd.
